Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: $5.50 per item for USPS first class. I will mail orders within 3 business days. If you need it sooner, please contact me. Gift boxes available on request.

RETURNS:

If you realize that your order isn't quite what you expected, you are welcome to exchange it for another item. I am willing to accept exchanges if items are returned to me, unworn, with tag still attached, in a bubble-wrap mailer within 30 days of receipt. Please let me know which item you would like in exchange so I can put it on hold for you. If the item was a gift from another person, please let me know who originally purchased it.

I do what I can to make jewelry that is durable for normal use. If an item has failed in craftsmanship within 6 months of purchase, I will be more than happy to repair the item free of charge. Please contact me before returning the item and include your name, phone number, and a description of the item & damage. From time to time I use unique ingredients that I may not be able to replace. If I am unable to repair the item, you may exchange it for another piece of jewelry

I do not accept returns on special orders.
